John Waters

After almost forgetting that I collected autographs for a hobby I got this in the mail on Saturday from John Waters. He is responsible for such movies as Serial Mom and Cecil B Demented and my current favorite of his is the tv show on court tv Till death do us part. Check it out if you can catch a episode, great for a laugh or two.

Milena Govich

Nice autograph in the mail today, Milena Govich from Law and Order and a very short run Conviction. If you didn't hear Law and Order got picked up for another season next year, so we shall see what this aging series has up it's sleeve later this year.

Colin Ferguson

Funny after I post how I'm going to pursue other ways of collecting that I receive a nice addition to my collection like this and it gets me fired up to send some more mail requests out! I love the show Eureka on the Sci Fi channel and if you haven't had a chance yet to see it I would make a effort. Funny and quirky little show that will get you hooked. Friend of mine also told me Colin was in the American version of Coupling which I might have to check out.

Trying Something New!

It's been awhile since my last post but I am trying something new with autograph collecting, purchasing signed index cards and matting them. Lately I have tapped out what I can get from asking thru the mail so this may be a way to get some harder to find autographs with a little less spent. I scanned a few of my last things I picked up.

Rebecca Gayheart

Almost gave this one up for lost, sent this to Rebecca when she was at the Lyceum Theater for the play Steel Magnolias. Kinda forgot about it a couple months afterwards thinking it probably got tossed by the staff or something. But what do you know it makes it to my mailbox over a year later. That is what I love about autograph collecting thru the mail the happy little surprises. Anyway Rebecca has been in may things the favorite of mine is the Series Dead Like Me...

Sarah Mcleod

Been awhile since I got some love from my favorite Trilogy the The Lord of the Rings. (Nice shot of Rosie Cotton and her hubby) But I received this awhile back and forgot to add it to my blog in January. I blame getting a new Xbox 360 and World of Warcraft's new expansion The Burning Crusade soaking up all my free time. But I got this photo signed as well as a headshot and a little photo I made up myself from here with a short note appologizing for taking so long to answer my letter. Better late than never and it was a very nice photo, better than anything I could find.

Yes, this past year the cast from The Office has been very kind to me with this one from Brian Baumgartner. If you haven't seen The Office on Thursdays please do it, you'll love it! Now if I could only get Steve Carell's autograph somehow I would be in heaven...

Mythbusters

Almost forgot about this one but was very excited to see the postman bring me this one. Took about a year after asking for a photo then responding to a email but here it is Jamie and Adam from the show Mythbusters! If you haven't seen this show check it out, you can learn all sorts of weird stuff!

B.J. Novak

Another The Office success to start off the new year! BJ Novak seems to be in more of the newest episodes and becoming a bigger part of the show. If you haven't watched The Office you must do so right now!!!! DVD sets are out of season 1 and 2!

Dax Shepard

Been awhile since my last post but things have been slow when it comes to autographs but my holiday vacation was busy watching my daughter. Anyway I purchased this Dax Shepard, he was funny in Employee of the Month and Can't wait to see him in Let's Go to Prison.
